Pay and compensation is average, stock price doesn't help that much. Management is constantly changing to try to find a balance between product, marketing and development. Marketing has too much say in what gets forced to be developed and puts pressure to meet marketing timelines. Sometimes development feels more research oriented rather than focused on providing customer value. I'm worried the brand might be losing value because of some of the company strategy.
