They leave you alone. Salary not bad, but there is no bonus.
Kontras
There is not much in terms of team approach within the company. Each Consultant is on his/her own, even within the same client's project. Not a lot of projects available. If you project ends, or budget is cut, it is not likely you will be staying employed with them. They have you sign an agreement supposedly preventing you from working for their clients or competitors, although that is actually illegal in the state where they are incorporated (misdemeanor). They make you find your own travel and living arrangements, and provide a fixed monthly stipend (if the client pays for it) for T&L, which is often not enough. Better suited for people already living at a client site.
