The pay. “Thousands and thousands of dollars below market rate” means people wouldn’t be here. Many employees come in entry level and progress to making over 50% more than when they started. The ones who don’t leave and blame iNET.

People who leave will repeatedly bash you on social media, thinking that they are sticking it to management when really they are hurting their coworkers. iNET grows the business by overselling services and then hiring more people and figuring out how to do the work.
