Pros

- Office was in a nice area - free snacks in the break room - dog-friendly office

Kontras

- Constant vulgar language - No direction - shallow self obsessed CEO who cares nothing for his employees WARNING!!! Stay away!!! I felt I had to write here after seeing the rating for this place go up so quickly in just a couple days. Clearly Keith told everyone to write a good review which is far from what this place deserves. Going in, I was excited to join. On the outside, this company presents itself as ground-breaking and state of the art. They told me it was fast-paced and I'd have to be ready to jump in at the deep end of the pool. What I wasn't told was that it would not be a voluntary jump, and it would not be a pool. A more apt analogy would be that I was forcibly tossed into the ocean in the middle of a typhoon without so much as a life vest and with no rescue in sight. In other words, I had no chance. Upon hiring me, they were well aware that my experience was minimal, being only a couple years out of college. It's clear now that the only reason they hired me was that they didn't want to have to pay for someone with the experience they needed. (Clearly they were looking for a clairvoyant mind-reader and my ESP is sorely lacking.) I was constantly thrown into projects with no direction. Upon presenting my first draft, all I would get was a yes or no. It was almost always a no, and there was absolutely no suggestion or indication of how I should change or improve it. It was like trying to find one red needle in a pile of blue ones, and I was blind. I was so upset and stressed working there, it was relief when they finally let me go because I didn't "fit the vision" they had in mind. If your considering working for this place, save yourself the migraines, possible therapy, and blood pressure medication, just don't!

Pros

I worked at iMagicLab (CRMSuite) for 3 years, and I'm super grateful for my time there. I started out in an entry level job and within a year was able to move into management and then to sales. The growth potential for individuals at this company is unlike anything I've seen elsewhere. Literally the only thing that limits how high you can climb is your performance. The product is exceptional and the team all believes in it. If you stand out in your work, you'll be rewarded for it. It's a demanding job (always have to be available for clients), but if you know that going in and set your expectations appropriately you'll be fine. Most of the negativity on this board comes from folks who just aren't a good fit for the company (despite being established, things often feel like a startup; some people hate that while others thrive in that environment).

Kontras

There is truth to the comments some folks have made about change happening often and having a fair amount of turnover. But everyone there knows what kind of company they are a part of. The instability in structure is what allows for flexibility in growth. You can't really have one without the other. Don't come here if you aren't willing to hustle and open to wearing multiple hats. Also, much of the expertise that you gain here is limited to a pretty specific career niche, so consider where you'd like to be long term before committing.

Pros

The pros are definitely worth to recognize, but they are limited. -Very nice break room, they do have free snacks for employees to grab at any time of the day. -The position I had was somewhat flexible, however I was a part-time employee. Not full-time. -Office is very nice, makes it feel like an adequate work environment- -They had a couple team-building exercises while I was there

Kontras

-You can definitely find a much better job where you can interact more with others, unless you like being a loner. -The job seems repetitive, nothing really changed for the couple of months I was there. Became boring and I decided I did not want to do it anymore. -If you are looking to work more than 10-15 hours a week? Then forget about it. Shifts are only 4-5 hours a day and for this job, it might be all you want anyway. -The higher-ups seem arrogant, like they know everything and run the world.. but no, no.. calm down. Luckily I cannot single people out on this website without it being taken down. -Barely met the CEO, but did not get much of a good vibe from him. Seemed like a cool person, I guess.. But then I searched his name on google and it wasn't good news. -I only speak for part-time and in my position, we seemed to be in the dark most of the time. Very alienated from what was going on. Felt in the dark and in the corner.
