Pros

Unbelievably good work/life balance, flat organizational structure, excellent management. Simply can't say enough good things about this organization. Everyone believes in what they're doing, are willing to help each other, and maintain a wonderfully casual and welcoming environment.

Kontras

Small company, not much room for upward mobility. More responsibility is given to those that want it can and can handle it, but there is only so much to go around. The compensation is also not great.

Pros

Mid-level management is somewhat understanding. Free coffee. Cool co-workers Quiet workdays Lots of downtime There are no more pros to this company.

- Changes without notice. - A project will go through full development without a hitch then be changed and have to start all over. - No communication. - No workflow process. - Trouble makers and refusal to learn are rewarded. - Laziness form co-workers go unnoticed. - That same laziness falls on subordinates. - CEO spends most days yelling at employees - Half the company spends full 8 hour day in meetings - Underqualified employees are rewarded with promotions based on seniority alone. - You will probably never move up in the company - The company hemorrhage money and does not care. - There are MANY back to back close/open schedules due to incompetent management - Super unprofessional environment - Extremely poor working conditions - Awful pay - Asking for help is seen as an annoyance - Many employees sleep on the job - Too much goofing off at work - Inability to raise concerns with management - Stagnation everywhere - Unqualified people in positions they shouldn't be - Overqualified people in positions they shouldn't be - No drug testing, there are many employees who regularly show up inebriated - Tardiness is accepted only in upper management - Tardiness is threatened with job loss for lower level employees
