Working for iLECSYS Ltd. was a disheartening disaster of profound mismanagement and zero direction, with utterly incompetent managing directors lacking any originality or forward-thinking, an Employee Ownership Trust transition in March 2025 that served solely to pay off the former CEO while accelerating the company’s decline, no pay rises for loyal staff in at least two years—some much longer—amid senior managers and directors flaunting new Teslas with minimal team engagement, pervasive surveillance via cameras and audio recordings in the staff room, smoking shelter, and other areas to eavesdrop and gather intel on employees as if treating them like enemies, when in reality the true talent resides far more among the regular staff than the management, morale at rock bottom as respect for prior leadership evaporates, a selfish and indifferent management team driving mass staff exits without replacements, and circumstances that wouldn’t surprise anyone if whistleblowing activity emerged down the line—treat any role here as a brief stopgap and exit swiftly.

Good salary and working conditions. Management very approachable and genuinely care for their employees.
