Pros

None, in my opinion.

Kontras

From my first day I knew this company was not a great place to work. While I was there I witnessed a great deal of unprofessionalism, such as nepotism, constant gossiping from directors, and harassment. I was not respected and received what I believed was inappropriate behavior from one of the higher ups toward me. The environment reminds me of a boys club and the office culture has a backwards mentality. The company likes to say they are "progressive" and up to date, but in reality their mindset is stuck in the 50s. I had a higher up tell me that women like to be led if that gives you any idea. Turnover is high and employees are left in the dark. Every day that I came into this office I was constantly on edge because many of the directors are loose cannons. For example, I once received an on the spot performance review and was not told what was happening until I was sat down because the managers felt like "I needed it". If you respect yourself please do not take a job within this company.

Pros

-You’ll learn how much chaos you can tolerate before you quit -Some peers are great, but most don’t last long

Kontras

-Leadership is disorganized and out of touch — all about squeezing billable hours, not about people -Shading billing. Clients should ask about billing hours -No real strategy, just constant scrambling to put out fires caused by poor planning -Work-life balance is nonexistent; long hours are expected and never appreciated -Career development is a joke — promotions are based on favoritism, not performance -Extremely high turnover, which leadership pretends isn’t a problem -You’re treated like a resource, not a person
