The company is currently undergoing a lot of growth, so there are a lot of opportunities for promotions and to learn new skills. Management is very open to suggestions for improvement.

As a rapidly growing company, there are growth pains as the management learns how to do things differently. The day-to-day work changes often as management strives to find a way to adjust to the new workload and larger number of employees. The salaries are good but the benefits are minimal.
