Went on a massive hiring spree in 2022 only have significant lay-offs in 2024. I'm not sure how the company is doing, but I get the sense it's not well.

New facility, new labs, nice vending machine

A decline in company culture and a lack of strategic continuity are apparent. It's disheartening to witness the decline of what was once a standout organization into one that is now best approached with caution.
