      All these positive reviews that have been posted of late are fakes posted by the shifty CEO or HR to boost their Glassdoor rankings. This place is a nightmare. Do yourself a favour and save yourself the headache and pain in the butt and apply somewhere else. The CEO is a liar who will sell you on what a good opportunity this is when it's a revolving door of sadness and HR violations. The post about how challenging it can be to call different time zones must be talking about when you get in at 5am to call Europe to sell their fraudulent and made up medical research reports and you are screamed at for leaving at 1:30 and not staying till 5pm when the day ends. Turn around and don't look back.

      Pros

      I only worked at the company part-time and hope to go back after my studies. The people are amazing and the market reports, custom research, reimbursement tracker, etc seem to be well regarded by the clients. I personally feel they don't have great salespeople who understand the sales process and know how to best take care of their clients. There is a lot of money to be made and I saw first hand how good salespeople there were cleaning up. I applied for marketing but I think I will apply for sales once I am done. There is a lot of money to be made.

      I feel they need help with sales management. The instructions are hardly followed and there is a lot of back and forth wasting time and effort. I liked their marketing initiatives but the sales never seemed to follow up.
