Up-to-date on technology, software, and other resources. Upper level knows what they're doing, IT-wise. Ability to work independently. Decent work culture, very little toxicity from coworkers. Will pay for certs, and sometimes give bounties for them.

You have to account for all of your time, as the leadership is pretty obsessed with being "data-driven". Often not much opportunity to collaborate with others. Communication between departments and locations could use work.
