Not for technical people... May be good for sales.... Tech management destroy every project whether its a monster college or mpower search. Upper management thinks they can run monster by 3 people only. Give full projects to associate levels and said that`you are not come here to live luxury life`you must work here as a slaves..tech management is full of ego.. By their egoist nature... Monster going to fall soon...now they provide laptops to associate and said you also have to work from home after office...unneccessary presure on search team.saturday sunday also come to office... If you refused, tech management makes a worst Environment for you may be pip given.even lolipop of increment always ready for tech people. And they dont have family and any social live that why tech management always in office may be burried in office. tech management n product management both have no family and social life so they always in office everytime may be after some time monster logo may be changed by their statue... Dont join monster, if you have no social life then u can join the community.
