Don't work there, the CEO is the most horrible person in the world! - Developer bei ezyVet: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I've work for so many different companies in New Zealand but I have NEVER EVER had such a bad experience as in ezyvet. The CEO is the BIG PROBLEM in there! Everybody is super scared of him. You never know what mood he will be at work and depending on that you can have a good day or the most horrible day in your life. Seriously, I don't understand why people are still working there. Salaries are very low and is very difficult to have a career in there! I will advise EVERYBODY not to work in there, it is a horrible atmosphere when the CEO is around! The positives reviews that are on Glassdor are only there because the CEO has requested some of the staff to write something good about the company NOT because people really enjoy working in there. The HR person should really do her job and advise him better on what to do and how to treat people!
