Pros

You're often in mall locations, which means easy parking and a relatively clean atmosphere.

Kontras

The system is set up for managers to get rewarded for employee performance. Thus we would get ridiculous requests, like find a 40 year old woman to answer a survey at 9 pm on a Saturday night. The employee would have to stay later, deal with the risks and inconvenience of being at a mall later at night - and the manager sitting at home or in an office gets rewarded. It's an atrocious status-based system that dehumanizes the people doing the most work.

Pros

Great Place to work for, management is relaxed and communicates well.

Kontras

I would work full time there if possible but they were clear with the hours from the jump so I am just thankful to be there!

Pros

Great for college students. As a film major, I found the job rewarding as I got to speak to the public about their opinions on movies. Mostly relaxed work with some slow days and other faster-paced.

Kontras

With any customer service job, you have some rude customers. Working alone can be a challenge, juggling priorities for the daily quota. Working late hours is not ideal or sustainable if you have to work up early for another job.
