Pros
There are lots of projects (UE and Spain) that you can work, some of them are more challenging than others. You may jump from one project to another depending on what you seek. The company tries to fit you in the projects according to your capabilities. Individually you have freedom to develop software using the development techniques according to your expertise, unless there's a important deadline (it'll depend on the project).
Kontras
The leaders/managers usually have no clue about technology, good development practices and/or how to deal with the teams. They're terrible at managing software projects and are very good in wasting peoples time and money. The company is also reluctant about everything that is agile, although there are some initiatives for changing it. It's not a agile company and it won't be any time soon due to its 80's mentality and its bad software development culture.
