More Than Just a Paycheck - Account Management bei epluno: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I have been with epluno for almost 4 years now and working for this company has been a great experience. I have learned more in the past four years, and grown my career more while here, than at all my other work experiences combined. epluno is a very fast paced work environment with a new question to tackle every day. If you are looking for a place to work where you are a valued member of a strong team, and you like to problem solve and feel like no two days are ever the same then this is the place for you! If you prefer the status quo or just want to come sit at a desk and do the same tasks every day, then I would not recommend coming to epluno. Beyond the company and the job itself, the best benefit of working at epluno is working with such great coworkers. We currently have an amazing team of people that will always jump in and lend a helping hand where ever needed.

The summer is our busiest time as a company which means summer time is a little crazy. Being really busy means the time goes fast but we need to have the busy season spread out a little bit and even out with the rest of the year.

This is the most flexible and upbeat work place known to man. The owners have always been understanding and try to find the best fit/position for their people. There were execution struggles in the past but every new company has growing pains, and everyone is always looking for new ways to perfect the processes. I'm honestly really surprised and confused by the 1 star review and the comments. My understanding is the company was founded only 5 or 6 years ago. Maybe I've just had horrible experiences with other employers in the past but I have never worked anywhere with a better environment.

"Back To School" season can get a little hectic but everyone is so willing to help eachother out that it balances it out.
