Founders who talk the talk, but do not walk the walk. They dream big, but lack ability to deliver. Lack skills to manage vision and strategy with delivery. Do not respect work-life balance for employees. Unable to manage professional disagreement. I saw a freelancer fired because they didn't like the work, despite it fulfilling the brief. Neither payment terms not hiring contract were respected. Advice to investors - put your money elsewhere, these people are at best incompetent, and at worst dishonest. Advice to freelancers - bad payers, not worth the risk. Advice to employees - focus your energy elsewhere, you will learn bad habits here that will do you a disservice later on. NB: The glassdoor posts with 4-5 star ratings that discuss how visionary the company is are most likely written on behalf of the company by current employees to boost their score as this is exactly the type of language they used in meetings to discuss what type of company they want to be - word for word.
