-Pretty easy job. It's fast food, so it's not difficult. -It paid decently for a fast food job. Started at $8.20 an hour when the minimum wage was $7.90. -Free meal before or after every shift.

-I got horrible hours. I'd only be scheduled for 8-10 hours a week. -On top of that, my shifts were always cut. I very frequently got sent home two or three hours early. One night I only worked for an hour before I got sent home. -The management was very disorganized at my store. There were too many people in positions of authority for one store, and they were never on the same page about policies or store operations, many of them were worse at operating a cash register and doing math than I was, and they liked to treat all of us like we were always doing something wrong or not quite up to standard. -They are way too loose about hiring and promoting people. They'll hire just about any kid who walks in for an interview and promote anyone who's been there for two or so years to a shift leader. We had so many shift leaders at my store, it was like a factory the way they cranked them out. Existing crew didn't get good hours, yet they were always hiring new people at a much faster rate than people who left. They'd rather give two people ten hours a week each than give one person 20. -I lasted about three serious weeks before I started looking for another job. Worked there with one foot out the door for another three months until I landed a better job, then put in my two weeks and haven't looked back.
