The managers worked great as a team, helping each other's stores when needed. The commissary was always helpful. A fun place to work.

The hiring of some upper level management lead to a decline in teamwork. Became less family like to strict corporation management. No fun was allowed and the feeling of being watched constantly was unnerving.
