Pros
Overall, Ebankit is an actually good place to start working in a tech company. It has a topnotch office in Porto, very confortable and silent (most of the times). It also has a gym and padel courts, a good restaurant etc. Some nice little perks too, with a medium-low but somehow fair salary (good to start) but could be better given the full speed and demanding work most of the times. Lots of nice people that are good to be around, and to interact with, in many of the company's events. Good sense of work stability and a safety place to be.

Work can be a little chaotic sometimes, as the company is a bit unorganized and uncoordinated between departments. Difficult onboarding, with lots of information and protocols, with some unclear tasks for a newcomer. Too much time spent in calls and meetings. They totally drain your energy out of the important work to be done. Lead management can be improved. Lack of career opportunities. They are improving, though.
