Decisions often feel inconsistent, and there’s a constant cycle of hiring and people leaving. Turnover is extremely high, which should already tell you a lot. Also, you will be working for two companies in the same office, often with lower pay. On top of that, the CEO often talks about AI replacing employees and keeps sharing layoff news in group chats, which just creates unnecessary stress and a negative atmosphere across teams.
