      Pros

      The founder and CEO, Glenn Sanford is a true visionary. With his massive success, he is still a down to earth individual who wants to bring everyone up, the culture at eXp is unparalleled. The resources available for agents is vast in their community. The pandemic never slowed them down, because they were already virtual.

      Kontras

      Not a con for eXp at self, but I feel eXp is misunderstood until people actually get to check out their offerings for agents. It is often poised as a multilevel, marketing recruitment organization but its competitors. Not true evidenced by the numbers that eXp puts on the board for closed transactions..

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Remote work environment. Great commission split, low fees.

      Kontras

      Nothing really, I had a great experience. If fully remote is not for you, I don’t recommend eXp.
