Pros
I've worked for this company for about 2 years .They definitely go out of their way to make their employees and customers happy. I've also seen consistencies with what they provide to their employees; If you're a good hard working employee, they will treat you as such. Even employees that have not shown the same enthusiasm or work ethic are still offered compensation and involvement with team building opportunities. They listen to criticism or suggestions and make the appropriate changes when needed. I appreciate that they listen to me as an employee and value my opinions. I also greatly appreciate their flexibility with working with my life and understanding/listening when an issue arises outside of work. This company has a diverse group of employees varying in ages and lifestyles. I believe that they honor the values and differences among their employees and treat everybody equally. Since I started, I have seen this company grow a lot and expect to see many more years of excellent service.
Kontras
With it being such a small company, the opportunities for advancement are competitive, and don't come around too often. But, the company is developing more programs, offering more job opportunities and taking on larger (more well known) companies.
