Customer and employee focussed - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei eSpares: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Espares which connected on to Connect Distribution Services Ltd in small heath going by the reviews on this site i was led to believe it was an average place to work. people are nice that is the only good point about this company .

if you want to work at a place where they don't pay you right for your commissions ( under paying you then would state what proof do you have ) if you would like to work at a place where they change your time table which out telling you an then putting you down as a late !!! if you would like to work at a place where you have to take there crap and if you don't they will take you out in a heart beat. if you would like to work at a place where your job is not secure Even after working for so many years , now this will be said by person who works in connect when i started it was like the dream job, other employees would tell me don't count on keeping your job they take out anyone and everyone very very ruthless. i didn't believe it until training was over ( the training was not fully completed as well teaching you all the wrong things as well ) and i then saw the company for what it is. connect is not the place to work at people wright more reviews on this company to show what the truth is they use you for a few months an then get rid of you just like that .

Almost 2 years in the company, first half was spent working in the call centre which was fun. There was a good balance of staff and no-one really had any problems. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. Benefits were good, we were split between 4 teams and each month the winning team got a day out, also we got monthly bonuses.

When Connect Distribution took us over it quickly became sour. The closed our London call centre down, leaving only our head office (which I had moved to), customer service was no longer the same as the Birmingham staff were quite unprofessional and didn't know much about the products or finding the correct item for customers. Eventually the London head office had closed, but I had already left by then, so now the company is permanently in Birmingham. I wouldn't recommend this company now, but I previously would have.
