Pros

Esoft Planner is an incredible place to work for many reasons, but most importantly, it us the employees who work there. Everyone puts in energy and dedication to the company's mission of helping facilities achieve their full potential, which helps to unite everyone together. All Employee contributions are valued and recognized by everyone in the company. Everyone within the company has an important role to play to get the job done, and it is this team mentality of cross-collaboration that makes for an amazing culture.

Pros

-Really very friendly people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big. -100% self motivating work environment. -A great experience builder. -Work environment is healthy in all ways. -The opportunities to learn here are excellent, and the opportunity to take on new responsibility is as well. I honestly believe you can be as awesome as you want here. -The team is very cool. If you need any help they always are happy to help and guide you. -The whole office follows the 'Work Hard, Party Harder" mindset. Overall a good place to work!

Pros

If you like working as a Team this is most differently the office for you.. Working in the scheduling software industries is fast and very rewarding. Since this software first came out it has evolved from the sporting world to expand into other businesses. The CEO works well with all his employee's treating them with respect, they listen to value your opinions.
