Coworkers tend to interact positively with one another, and there is a strong sense of comaraderie in the office. Benefits eSight has a 35 hour work week, which is rather unusual. They also provide employees with more paid holidays than is typical in this area. Career opportunities Because eSight is a small company, there are not advancement opportunities popping up continuously.
