- Bad project management: Dates and Sprints are a joke, there's no planning whatsoever. - No Career plan, you are either friend of the Management or you won't get promoted. - HR is unexistent, every change or request its a "project" to get things done. Even if you ask the "Head's" of Department X or Y, they never have awnsers to your questions. - People are worthless, noone cares about you or your wellbeing, you're just a number until they need you for something - During 2021 there was not a single month in which the salary was paid in time. Currently its the 25 of May and We have not yet received April's salary. And whenever the Management is questioned they are never transparent about this and always delay to the next week. My final advice to you is that if you are thinking about joining this company, please think twice and validate everything before making a decision. Don't get me wrong, this company was good and decent in previous years, but alot of bad decisions were made, alot of key players left and now its a sinking boat.
