Pros

Coordinators, Engineers and Middle Management are experience and hardworking

Kontras

Most VP’s and above are for the most part pandering to those above them and don’t care about you or have a clue. You have to fight to get a Team member a raise, anything above 2% has to be signed off personally by CIO, CEO. Company is full of different clicks if you can get into a click your Golden, if not your History.

none, absolutely none, this was mentally draining, and professionally exploitative.

I was GROSSLY underpaid, they paid me $60k in the bay area, and expected to work over some weekends. After working here for 5 years, they kicked me out claiming "restructuring" and gave me 7 weeks of base pay as severance, IN THE BAY AREA. IF YOU'RE PLANNING TO WORK HERE, DON'T. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN.
