      As a company eplanet had best culture before joining of Arslan Ahmed joined as HR head.

      Kontras

      Now there is politics in each department. Misbehavior and micromanagement of Arslan Ahmed has made every employee demotivated and discouraged. He should not behave like he is the king, he is an employee too, he should remember this.

      A good company to intern for, realistic workload as an intern, polite and kind management.

      When I was an intern, there wasn't much AI staff/ seniors to guide me on certain topics, so I was a little lost. (This may have changed now, also it did end up giving me liberty to research and implement my own technique)
