HMO under PLDT WFH arrangement most of the time Mostly benefit

Overly manipulative and gaslighting Heads/AVPs/VPs A lot of bureaucratic processes to the point that some aren't necessary A lot of micromanagement happening here and there Very limited professional growth due to the trainings of employees are put on hold Reorgs here and there (twice/thrice a year) resulting in unclear roadmap for career development Salary increase was a DISASTER People are undervalued and underpaid Don't mistake ePLDT for its parent organization because PLDT is manages people way better

Pros

-Coworkers including your heads are accommodoating -Open to fresh graduates or no experience, a great career starter -Experience will be great as you will be involved in big projects even in your first year -Great bonuses and benefits makes the low salary bearable. -Work from home during the pandemic -Leaves are easily approved. -You will learn A LOT even if you don't have existing knowledge.

-Really High Turnover Rate. You will rarely see someone in the rank and file position to have a high tenure. -Really High Pressure Environment. You won't be working only your alloted hours especially if you are involved in a project. -Really Low Compensation compared to other companies that will also accept fresh graduates. It's barely above minimum wage. -Customers and fellow partners will act as your 2nd boss and will pull you out of your normal workflow if they demand it resulting you stacking up your workload. -Your leaves won't be respected by customers as you can be directly contacted by them. -No system. You'll have to personally follow up on things to get it done. Really informal and old way for an ICT company. -Non-existent formal training. Most of your work will be learned through PDFs, one off tutorial sessions with your leads and Google.
