While a top tier platform in the market they haven't done anything with the product in years and competitively are falling way behind in the market. Many employees are just mediocre and don't get much accomplished. There are endless meetings where nothing gets done, but everyone has to be there. They also lose a lot of good people who just can't stand the lack of direction and lack of accomplishing anything significant.
