Purchased by an investor group in 2009 who's sole focus is the bottom line, and it shows.
High turn over in management. Senior leaders are excessive in expenditures but adapt at shifting the cost burden to 1099 employee's. Bad communication processes, horrible implementation and a heavy hand at change. Management does not listen to their customer or field reps. They believe they are like Steve Jobs, their product is so good there is no need to be professional.
Constant closures of all facilities, changing personnel, responsibilities, expectations.
