Pros

I love the smooth going environment, no micro management and leave policy is good as in when asked approving us without stressing us.travel allowance and night shift allowance are good.

The targets now a days are increased to incredibly high which was decided by doing and time and motion study if you see each day the volumes are not same but the target are same and the pace of the employee also decrease over the 8 hrs of working duration.I request you to reconsider targets and also get more projects so that we can hit the target because target is like 100 cases but you see only 80 cases in volumes then obviously we would not met. The most important thing please invest in quality applications because these apps are halting like anything and we lose interest if every now and then it halts.Improve job security for us.
