1. No job guarantee, 1-year bond by submitting one of our certificates but they will keep us maximum 6 months only. 2. No Job hierarchy (directly reporting to the CEO in the US). 3. Salary will be given through cheque only on 5th. 4. Daily wages salary calculation, so 20 days calculation for a month. So if any LOP, salary deduction will be more. 5. Monthly 1 day and 2 hours permission only accepted. 6. Poor Management. Treating people like slaves. If an employee raises a query, they will isolate them and put pressure on the work and terminate the employee. 7. Fake promises in the interview, that too they are not HR graduates, they simply collect resumes and inform general instructions. 8. 3 Months notice period. 9. No sick leaves, no casual leaves. Yearly Holiday leave is 6 days.
