Pros
I have worked at eDrop-Off for over four years now and have genuinely had the most positive experience working here. There are a ton of advantages when you work for a smaller company. We have a vibrant company culture with staff events planned regularly. I see some people talking negatively about these things and I think they come off as petty and ungrateful. The things we all do together, no matter how big or small, brings us together and helps create genuine relationships. It feels like a little family working here and I can not say enough wonderful things about the positive coworkers, both current and former, that I have worked with. Another benefit to working at eDrop-Off is having the opportunity to move throughout several departments if your skill set and interests line up. I have been lucky enough to be able to wear several "hats" in the company. Because of this, I have been able to learn in detail about the merchandise we sell, the clients who work with us and the fundamentals of operating a small business. If you are committed and eager to work here, there is always room to grow and succeed.

It is fair to say that most positions are entry level, but there is always room to grow through willingness to learn and dedication to the company. In regards to daily goals, they become difficult to achieve if someone calls off their shift last minute. Because each department is comprised of just a few people, the entire group can be affected when this happens.
