Work from Home hybrid. Great colleagues. Regular bonuses. Owners are fantastic people.

No progression in CS unless you're related or friends with senior management, an incredibly nepotistic hierarchy. Some Management rely on the skills and talents of others to mask their incompetencies. Very poor disciplinary system where, instead of following due process, they immediately go to the extreme if your tenure is >2 years. If you plan on applying for CS in any capacity, know that you are completely expendable if you don't fit their mould and aren't

Pros

This company is full of warm people who are true professional guides that one can count on to achieve the objective of meeting work goals 100%. The leadership is expert in the field and we can always count on them. One of the best companies I have been fortunate to work for. They make you feel at home.

Pros

Easy work; not very challenging or demanding. Good vision health plan.

Kontras

Very antiquated and mostly obsolete technology. The engineering leads and the head of the department are not very competent. The outcome of the work is subpar and full of issues.
