It is not possible to comprehend all but let us see few of them: 1) If you have that caliber then no one will stop you( Have full ownership if you are kind of person who does not like to have many bosses) 2) You got that environment which will push you towards more effectiveness 3) Flexibility in working hours( I already said that the organisations focuses on productivity rather expecting you to be in office from 9-5) 4)Consider yourself lucky that you will have a boss which always support you 5) Great technical as well as leadership team.
