Sr management is disconnected with growth of employees within their vertical. No learning's in the form of specific skill sets. No specific on boarding program. No program for developing employees for a particular role. The formula of buying skillets of the shelf and using till skillets are relevant is rampantly used. Multiple levels of the hierarchy dies the same work with little differentiation.
