Working at eCaring has been a wonderful experience where I've had an opportunity to grow my own skill set while working with an experienced team. It's not everyday you get to build an entirely new product and launch it into the marketplace . Especially in a market that's impacting the quality of life of seniors and people at risk. The team is small but great to work with and has a ton of knowledge. The product is new, but rapidly evolving, and our customers are doing important work. Leadership has high, but fair, expectations.

The hours can be long and the expectations are high, positions here are best suited to people that have a strong sense of ownership and are self starters.

Great management team with a strong vision for the future. Decent pay and benefits, amazing co-workers, and cool technology. Also, it's nice to be able to support keeping people safe at home through our software.

Occasional long days when there is a bug or a release going out, but not all the time.
