One of the worst company cultures I have experienced. The environment is filled with office politics, favoritism, backstabbing, and negativity. Instead of teamwork and professional growth, the focus seems to be on blame games and internal groups.
Many senior employees and project managers have been sitting in the same positions for years, creating a stagnant and outdated work culture with little innovation or fresh thinking. New employees are expected to adjust to the politics rather than focus on actual work or learning.
There is almost no healthy communication or transparency. Discussions are often replaced with gossip, ego clashes, and unnecessary pressure. Employees are constantly frustrated, and a large number of people are either planning to leave or mentally exhausted from the toxic atmosphere
