benefits and salaries are good, good carrier chances

old-fashioned when it comes to who gets promotions (very ass-licking culture), many highly incompetent people in top and mid-management, whereas credits for lower level people that are highly competent often get stolen. a bit annoying how low the level of competence in the international org is (regional orgs were different)
