compensation can be good if u joined in past couple of years. For interns coverting to full time it could be plus and minus. The compensation is too good to say no but once you are in the company the immediate management is not good enough to train the intern or new grad. Majority of the people are highly experienced and are not willing to give responsibilities to young minds easily. another major con is layoffs. They dont hesitate to even layoff <1 old new hire.
