The company is full of intelligent people to learn from. A good place to learn about how internet business works. Very fast paced organization, never a dull moment.
Kontras
Bloated infrastructure and organization. Change is slow and by the time it happens is often outdated. Executive buy-in on projects is difficult to maintain throughout the life of projects especially large long term projects. Lot's of red tape to cut through to get projects approved, too many departments. Very few opportunities for career advancement.
