Management is really good at keeping employees informed of company strategy while seeking feedback from employees on how things could run better at the company in its concerted effort to keep things human in the workplace. Compensation is fair and the health benefits are excellent. Career opportunities have improved substantially in the past two years. Senior Leadership appears to have stabilized at the Draper facility after several changes in the last four years lending itself to improved employee morale.

There is no differentiation between vacation time and sick days when working for eBay. Consequently, if you're sick for an extended amount of time, you'll probably not be able to take a week of vacation during the work year. eBay is currently going through a time in its history of immense change that has alienated a lot of customers who don't grasp how these change in policy help the community as a whole. Consequently, employees in customer support are encountering an inordinate amount of discontented members who have strong opinions about these changes. Sometimes, you have to exhibit a very thick skin as an employee as the conversations can get heated since the changes affect people's livelihoods. At times (not all the time), turnover is quite high at eBay because people have trouble dealing with hostile customers day after day.
