- most of the people in there are fun to work with - work from home

-finance of the company looks sketchy -they enforce these company core values but management is quick to gaslight you whenever it's convenient - does performance evaluation but no next steps for “underperforming” or no incentives for good performers, just a pat on the back - overworked employees!! - exploitative, as soon as they see you are capable - bad HR management, poor turnover - management CANNOT READ THE ROOM when it comes to employee morale - some managers pretend they know what they are doing but they are just credit grabbers and make you walk the plank when things go wrong due to their poor management - fake promotions with no real salary increases, just a fancier job title with more responsibilities
