The company was acquired and they are going through a lot of change. Inexperienced leadership, constantly making changes with little thought. Very micromanaged processes that stifle any creativity. Growth opportunities are very limited. They offer a sales enablement to, but have no idea how to position a technology tool because they only know marketing/editorial and events. Other sales enablement tools on the market are superior in my opinion. More than likely the future of this company is to be passed along to different asset management companies until they have little to no profit/growth. Each new owner will have new reporting process they require which is a nightmare for employees.
