None - the only pros about working for e-Management was the opportunity to do meaningful work for the federal client.

I worked at e-Management for over 3 years and it was a steady race to the bottom the entire time. What started as small to moderate cutbacks in benefits, resulted in a clownish sale of the company to a belligerent, incompetent and grossly misogynist CEO with ZERO experience working with Federal agencies and clients. Since the sale of e-Management to its new owner, the employee count of the company has plummeted from 60+ individuals to less than 20 and only a couple of meager federal contracts. This is a company that so vastly underbid its proposed services to a federal client that it began hemorrhaging cash and had to off load its only major contract to a new company. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to work for this company. It has no online presence, no real physical office, no dedicated HR staff and a CEO who regularly insults and demeans his employees. Any and all qualifications and contracting codes this company acquired are not really valid since, the company is run by a skeleton operation. The salaries are below market average for comparable work. Benefits are non existent and not competitive. A 1% 401K match was recently reinstated. Progress reviews are inconsistent if they have happen at all. And raises are done based on the whims of the irrational CEO Amod Desai. Their website which is so vastly out of date that it untruthfully boasts of its contracts that it no longer possesses. Apply at this company at your peril.
