Employees were great for the most part who drank the corporate juice and believed in what the company appeared to be doing. On the surface, this company looked like a huge winner, but once you dive right underneath it all, you realize it's not what it appears to be. For the first year I was there, as long as you did your job, you were left alone.

Where do I start? It has been over a year since I was there so I've had time to reflect. Let's start with the compensation - the salary was very poor and not competitive at all (about 45k to start). After some complaints, SOME people got a "raise" to 55 or even 60k - but it wasn't based on performance or location. It was purely based on the CEO's random attempt to keep qualified employees. Of course word gets around, and some people discovered they didn't get any bump in salary. Benefits were terrible and costly too. Vacation time is standard. As far as the corporate culture - don't just take my words here. Read the other reviews. Senior management is clueless. They think they understand the market, but they don't. They grossly miscalculated it, and it cost them dearly. Expansion was the goal, and they did it too fast. The CEO is only attempting to fund his next Ferrari - and he doesn't care that the people who work for him have families. Many of the salespeople worked their tails off, but were fired for no reason. Not performance, just as I was told -"we didn't anticipate the market, and unfortunately you're a casualty. Now mind you I was given a $100 gift card the day before I was let go for "being one of the top salespeople in the company." "We're blessed to have you on our team" I was told. I landed some of the largest customers in the company, and I was let go. So how do you think your job security will be? This is not sour grapes - I found another job in 2 weeks. I am just giving the benefit of my two years there. I could go on and on about things they do - including not fostering good relationships between employees, but I only really have one point to make here. DON'T work for this company no matter what they say. You're only going to be disappointed, and possibly ruined financailly.
