It is a poorly kept secret that there are no minority hires are allowed. Employees all joke about the Wonder Bread status of the company. Too much faith was placed in Blackberry. Instead of evolving and diversifying, all the eggs were placed in that basket. Do a quick google search to see how they are doing. If you don't want to do that, I'll just tell you. Bad.
