Pros
For the most part coworkers are great, employees seem to bond at the miserable experience working for the company. There are some golden employees who make you feel welcomed and loved (though they are seriously under appreciated). These are the people who make an effort to celebrate your birthdays, etc.
Kontras
People are underpaid. Disrespected. Given false impressions about getting raises. Nepotism. Inter management relationship that makes it impossible for employees to address issues. In a healthy company, if there's a conflict with a manger, employee has the option of bringing in another manager from different department to help resolve conflict in a healthy and productive manner, at this company due to nepotism and office relationships, it's impossible. Management over works and underplays employees constantly. Extremely high turn over rate.
